Day

Day one is your arrival day in Kathmandu. We will come to welcome you at the airport in Kathmandu and transfer you to the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel and checking in to the rooms, we will let you know about our trip briefing meeting.

It is an important meeting so, we will wait until everyone arrives if there are people flying in different flights for the trip on the same date. Anyway, you will get the information about the meeting time.

It is an acclimatization day as well as an exploration day in Kathmandu. You will also have the time to do last-minute preparation on this day if you need to.

After you take your breakfast, we will take you for a beautiful sightseeing tour of the cultural heritage sites in Kathmandu. The sites include ancient Buddhist Stupas, Hindu temple, and medieval royal palace square. You will explore about the Kathmandu valley civilization since the ancient time. This day tour will give you a better understanding of life in Kathmandu in the past and at present.

We drive around 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu to Pokhara today. In the way, you will be doing rafting in Trishuli River for around one and half hours and have your lunch on beautiful resort on the bank of same river. After you have had your lunch further journey to Pokhara resumes and we drive across different villages that give first hand glimpse of how rural Nepal looks like. In sum it will be around seven hours drive to Pokhara, the beautiful city of lakes. There we will check into beautiful hotel to stay overnight.

Today, we are setting our feet on the trail. Before starting our trek we will drive to Nayapul in private car which would be around one and half hour drive from Pokhara. And finally our trek begins from Nayapul heading toward Ghandruk a sour destination for the day. Although it’s a motor-able track, we find fewer vehicles plying on the road so we can do our walk peacefully. Our walk will be in both plain and terrain landscapes. It will be about 5 hours of walk before we reach Ghandruk to stay overnight.

Our trek begins early morning around 7am from Ghandruk. For the Initial one and half hours we descend downward to meet up Modi River down the hill and then follow upstairs paved in stone heading toward Landruk village. Walk of the day will be done with the scenic beauty of mountains all around meeting all indigenous village people and some other visitors along the way. Then we finally reach to Tolka in around four hours to stay overnight.

Today it will be third and final day of our trekking from Tolka to Pokhara. Firstly, we descend our journey on foot from Tolka to Dhamphusphedi and then we drive back to Pokhara. Today it is going to be around 4 hour trek and half an hour drive until we stay our last night of trip in Pokhara.

Chitwan is going to be our destination today for which we will drive about 6 hours from hilly region to plain land of terai. There we attend a briefing program related to our jungle tour. Beside that we are going on small tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village where you will be treated by a cultural dance of Tharu community.

Today, you are going to explore oldest National park of this country and enjoy the wildlife on its natural habitat. In the meantime, you can have canoe ride along Rapti river and jeep drive safari to explore more in the deeper park. If luck favors you Bengal tiger will also be spotted along with all other creature in the park. One horned rhino will also be the main attraction of the jungle safari. After your full day enjoyment you can have your dinner and stay overnight in chitwan.

After adventurous safari in Chitwan, today we shall transfer to Kathmandu. Check in to hotel and after some refreshment gap we meet up for the farewell dinner party either in some restaurant, club or pub.
